Kinetic PB in Cuevas del Almanzora

The venue was built in 2004 for the rowing and canoeing events of the 2005 Mediterranean games. The channel is an impressive 1,150m long and 115m wide. The project was completed with a budget of €14.5m financed by the Ministry of Environment, through the Southern Hydrographic Conference and the Provincial Government of Almería.

Kinetic PB are continually enhancing the site, upgrading the facility. This is the best swimming, cycling and running training location in Europe. The climate is the warmest, driest and sunniest location in Spain and continental Europe.
